State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said market services for some 4.192 trillion soums were rendered in rural area, which makes up 23.8% of the total volume of rendered services. In comparison with January-June 2010, the real growth of market services was 12.6%.

The high growth rates have been achieved in the following services: communication and information, including services of information and resource centers – 41.2%, financial, including microcredit granting – 24%, repair of cars and other equipment – 18.8%, personal – 18.6%, internal trade and catering – 18.1%.

The following services prevailed in the structure of services: transport (29.6% of total services), trade and catering (18.8%), communal (13.7%), financial, including microcredit granting (9.3%), communication and information, including services of information and resource centers (6.9%).
