Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Today, the visit of the World Bank technical mission to promote the financial sector of Uzbekistan ended.

In the period from 3 February -7 February 2020, World Bank experts held workshops for representatives of interested ministries, departments and organizations, during which issues, solutions and further actions on the jointly developed National Strategy for Increasing Financial Accessibility were discussed.

On the final day, a final meeting of World Bank experts with the Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank B. Zakhidov took place, during which the parties exchanged views and determined promising plans to further increase the availability of financial services.
