Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Japanese series Crime Syndrome will be broadcast from 22 May on the Kinoteatr TV channel with translation into Uzbek. The project was implemented with the support of the Japan Foundation.

Over the course of 12 action-packed episodes, police officer Takashi Muto tries to unravel the mystery of the death of the person closest to him - his younger sister. He does not consider the case closed, as does his partner Wataru Kaburagi, the former boyfriend of the deceased girl. But only unlike his brother, Wataru prefers to keep his own assumptions a secret.

The series in the detective genre will introduce the Uzbek audience to the features of Japanese cinema and give exciting evenings full of secrets and their clues.

It should be noted that acquaintance with the 12-episode film Crime Syndrome was organized as part of an agreement on the display of Japanese television programs, concluded between the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan and the Japan Foundation in September 2021. This was reported in the Embassy of Japan in Uzbekistan.

The purpose of the Japan Foundation is to establish and strengthen friendly relations between Japan and other countries of the world.

The work of the Foundation is focused on 3 main areas: art and culture; receiving education in Japanese; study of Japan and intellectual exchange.
