The edition said that from the second half of 2013, video surveillance will be installed in all regional centers of Uzbekistan.

The report said that the Government of Uzbekistan already allocated necessary resources to purchase equipment.

It said that video cameras will replace inspectors at roads. Traffic police cars will patrol only roads with high traffic.

The cameras will register all violations on roads. The fines will be sent to car owners via mail. If the driver fails to pay fine, they will have to pay interest rates.
