Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Uzdaily.com) -- The Insurance Market Development Agency under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a video conference with representatives of the international rating company S&P Global Ratings (Russia / CIS branch) on September 8 this year.

During the video conference, the sides discussed the development of the insurance market of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the main factors and processes affecting the activities of insurance companies in 2020-2021, the planned work on control and regulation of insurance activities and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on insurance companies.

Representatives of the international rating company S&P Global Ratings (Russia / CIS branch) also expressed their views on the development of the CIS countries and the international insurance market.
