The company said that the logistic center will locate 2 km away from Tashkent ring road, 3 km away from freight station Sergili and 7 km away from airport.

The center will have five covered warehouses with total area of 10,000 square meters each, two container areas, three parking areas for automobiles and four parking areas for trucks, as well as railway road and others.

On initial plans, the warehouses will be used to storage of cotton-fibre, packed, loose, oversized and frozen freights.

The warehouses will be equipped with freezing chambers, shelving construction, sorting-packaging equipment, anti-fire system and video surveillance system, automated warehouse management system and others. The warehouses will correspond all modern requirements.

Uzvneshtrans was founded in 1991. The company’s main activities are transport-shipping service of foreign cargos of Uzbekistan, logistic service, insurance transport and storage of cargo. Annually, the company transports 1.5 million tonnes of export and import cargoes.
