According to the statement, shareholders also approved maximum size of shares, which the company can place additionally.

In line with the decision, Uzvinprom-Holding can place shares for 80 billion soums. The company can place 8 million shares with nominal value of 10,000 soums.

Shareholders said that the shares should be placed on closed subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan. The shares can be placed within a year.
