The company said that it carried out repairing works of 3,213 wagons in 2010 against 2,651 wagons in business plan. Some 278 wagons underwent capital repairing works (planned – 262 wagons), while 430 wagons (planned – 407) were fully repaired to prolong their exploitation term.

Net revenue of the company made up 12.65 billion soums in 2010 (15.86 billion soums in 2009) and prime cost reached 10.013 billion soums (12.989 billion soums).

Expenses decreased from 2.228 billion soums in 2009 to 2.052 billion soums in 2010. Other expenses dropped from 214.212 million soums in 2009 to 147.389 million soums in 2010.

Income from financial activity made up 15.953 million soums in 2010 compared to 246.232 million soums in 2009. The assets of the company rose from 7.96 billion soums in 2009 to 8.66 billion soums in 2010. Fixed assets rose from 656.398 million soums in 2009 to 1.549 billion soums in 2010.

Long term assets of Uzvagontamir made up 47.037 million soums in 2010 and capital investments – 116.469 million soums.

The charter capital of the company made up 2.968 billion soums and undistributed income fell from 2.218 billion soums in 2009 to 1.606 billion soums in 2010.

Uzvagontamir OJSC unites five wagon depots – Havast, Andijan, Samarkand, Kungrad and Termez, using potential of which the enterprise can repair over 650 components of freight wagons. The company can carry out various repair works of wagon.
