Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The technology company Uzum has summarized its results for 2024.
In March, Uzum made history by becoming Uzbekistan’s first "unicorn" with a market valuation of over $1 billion.
According to the company, one in three residents of Uzbekistan uses Uzum services, highlighting the trust in the brand.
Over 19 million orders were delivered to 253 settlements across the country through Uzum Market, where 12,000 entrepreneurs sell their products.
The company opened a new warehouse covering 112,000 square meters, which became the largest in Central Asia.
The fast delivery service Uzum Tezkor now operates in 17 cities, and the number of its users has increased fourfold over the year.
Uzum Bank issued over 700,000 cards, and the number of microloans issued exceeded 1 million.
The Uzum Nasiya service, which provides installment options, tripled the number of active users over the year.
58% of orders on Uzum Market are paid via installments, and more than 30% of Uzum Tezkor orders are paid through the company’s fintech services.
