According to shareholders decision, the company will pay 106.34 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 250 soums per preferential share with par value of 1,000 soums each.

Uztransgaz paid 85.90 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 250 soums per preferential share for 2009.

As reported earlier, net income of Uztransgaz grew by 18.6% from 1.01 trillion soums in 2009 to 1.194 trillion soums in 2010.
