Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzpromstroybank jointly with investment company Freedom Finance held an “Investor Day” on 26 April 2019 in the format of an online conference.

Representatives of the Capital Market Development Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Central Securities Depository, the investment company Freedom Finance, foreign and domestic investors, as well as media professionals took part in the first “Investor Day”.

At the conference, a presentation was held on the financial results of the bank for the first quarter of 2019. There were also presentations by the bank management and experts of the company Freedom Finance on the current activities of the bank.

In the first quarter of 2019, the authorized capital of the bank increased by 1.2 times compared with the beginning of the year and was formed in the amount of 2.1 trillion soums. In accordance with international requirements, the main indicators of the bank, that is, return on assets (ROA) - 1.3 percent (an increase of 0.4 percent compared to the beginning of the year), and return on equity (ROE) - 13.0 percent (an increase of 2.8% compared to the beginning of the year).

The development of the bank’s capitalization level, increasing the attractiveness of investment services through expanding cooperation with international credit and financial organizations, automating banking and client operations, and developing innovative services designed for corporate clients are growing.

The bank’s foreign economic activity covers 17 financial institutions, export credit agencies of 22 developed countries on four continents.
