The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of shares on 2 September 2014.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the bank will place 114,378,100 shares with par value of 3,252 soums. The bank will place 112,378,100 ordinary and 2 million preferential stocks. Total volume of the issue exceeds 371.957 billion soums.

The shares will be placed on close subscription among shareholders via replacement of old shares with par value of 2,917 soums to new shares with nominal value of 3,252 soums.

The difference between new and old par value at the size of 38.316 billion soums will be paid due to net income for 2013.
