The Center for Coordination and Development of the Securities Market registered the decision of the bank to issue shares.

Within the framework of this issue, the bank will issue 36,376,994,030 ordinary shares with a par value of 19 soums each. The bank will also place 356 million preferred shares with a par value of 19 soums.

According to the bank, shares of this issue will be placed by private subscription among shareholders.
