The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the securities of the bank.

According to emission rules, the bank will place 114,378,100 shares with par value of 2,917 soums each. The bank will issue 112,378,100 ordinary and 2 million preferential stocks.

Total sum of the issue makes up about 333.641 billion soums. The volume of ordinary shares makes up about 327.807 billion soums and preferential shares – 5.834 billion soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 2,785 soums to new securities with nominal value of 2,917 soums each.
