In line with the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 3.72 soums per ordinary share and 250 soums per preferential share with par value of 1,000 soums.

In 2009, the company paid 4.44 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 246.34 soums per preferential share.

In total, shareholders directed 2.769 billion soums to payment of dividends, including 1.079 billion soums to preferential shares and 1.689 billion soums to ordinary shares.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 453,418,126 ordinary shares and 4,318,369 preferential shares, the company added.

In 2010, net income of Uzneftegazdobicha decreased to 2.94 billion soums.
