Shareholders allocated 5% of net income or 146.91 million soums to reserve fund and 22.25 million soums to remuneration of members and secretariat of Supervisory Board.

General shareholders’ meeting issued 2.77 billion soums to payment of dividends for 2010. At the same time, the company directed 1.08 billion soums to payment of dividends on preferential shares and 1.69 billion soums – ordinary shares.

The company will pay 3.72 soums per ordinary share and 250 soums per preferential share with par value of 1,000 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 453,418,126 ordinary shares and 4,318,369 preferential shares, the company added.
