The company will pay 42.76 soums per each preferential and ordinary share, the company said in its statement.

Total number of shares, on which the company will pay dividends, comprises of 39 106 272 ordinary shares and 906,420 preferential shares.

Uzmetkombinat is the only steel producer of Uzbekistan. The main activity of the enterprise is directed at processing ferrous metals’ scrap, realization of metal products, production and realization of metal consumer goods.
