The decision on emission of additional shares of Uzmetkombinat was registered at the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

Within the emission, Uzmetkombinat will place 143,086 ordinary shares with nominal value of 2,840 soums each. Total volume of the issue is over 406.364 million soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, the shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription. The State Property Committee will acquire all shares.
