The press service of the company said that the growth rate of goods production increased by 3.9% year-on-year in 2010.

Uzmetkombinat produced 733,100 tonnes of steel, which grew by 2.2% year-on-year, the company said in the statement.

In 2011, the combine delivered 709,900 tonnes of ready metal roll. The growth rate made up 2.6% year-on-year in 2011.

The combine said that the production of consumer goods increased by 34.2% year-on-year to 31.2 billion soums in 2011. The forecast was fulfilled with 26.4% surplus.

The combine noted that the production of localized goods reached 141.33 billion soums or forecast was fulfilled with 35.1% surplus.

In the reporting period, the combine used capital investments for 53.9 billion soums, while the forecast task was fulfilled with 0.1% surplus.

Within the modernization programme, the company used investments for 43.9 billion soums.
