Net revenue of the company grew from 565.725 billion soums in 2010 to 719.77 billion soums in 2011. Prime cost reached 506.703 billion soums in 2011 against 401.598 billion soums in 2010.

Expenses of Uzmetkombinat exceeded 131.544 billion soums in 2011 against 101.167 billion soums in 2010, the report said.

The assets of the company grew from 378.508 billion soums in 2010 to 479.554 billion soums in 2011. Own capital reached 370.751 billion soums in 2011 against 288.155 billion soums in 2010. The charter capital rose from 64.46 billion soums to 113.636 billion soums in the reporting period.

Shareholders of the company distributed consolidated net income of the company for 2011.

Shareholders directed 22.432 billion soums to development of combine and 38.549 billion soums to further capitalization of the charter capital. They also directed 11.767 billion soums to payment of dividends on shares of the combine. The size of the dividends per share makes up 293.05 soums.

Uzmetkombinat also issued 5.95 billion soums to formation of reserve fund.
