The center for coordination and development of securities market under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for privatization, demonopolization and development of competition registered the prospectus of emission of the company on 23 December 2013.

Within the issue, the company will place 1.5 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,267 soums. Total volume of the issue makes up 1.9 billion soums.

The shares f the emission will be placed through replacement of old shares with lower par value to new shares with higher nominal value.

The company said that the part of the shares for 1.575 billin soums were paid on nominal value and other part for 325.5 million soums will be paid due to net income of the company for 2011 (183.497 million soums) and 2012 (142.003 million soums).
