Shareholders of the company issued 1.282 billion soums to pay dividends for 2011. The size of the dividend per share makes up 6,051.47 soums.

The company said that 3.116 billion soums to capitalization of the charter capital through raising par value of shares. The charter capital will grow from 5.574 billion soums to 8.69 billion soums.

Uzmarkazimpeks issued 732.175 million soums to reserve fund.
