The enterprise plans to launch production of goffered tubes of seven types, PVS-tubes of ten types, brackets for fuse box for Matiz model of two types, resistors and semi-manufactured electroplaits of six types.

UzAvtoSanoat press service said that the enterprise, which located Hanabad of Andijan region, is planning to receive economic effect from localization.

The localization will allow to save US$1.6 million. The launch of production of new products is part of strategy of the joint venture, which supplies electroplaits to Matiz, Damas, Nexia and Lacetti models of GM Uzbekistan.

UzKoji localized several products last year, which helped to save US$700,000 hard currency. The localization level will reach 22% in 2010 compared to 14% in 2009, UzAvtoSanoat said.
