According to the decision of shareholders, Uzkimyosanoat can place 9,952,835 ordinary shares with par value of 11,603 soums each. Total volume makes up 1.101 trillion soums.

Shareholders also introduced changes to the charter of the company. In line with the changes, the charter capital of the company makes u 149.904 billion soums.

The charter capital of Uzkimyosanoat consists of 13,550,043 ordinary shares with nominal value of 11,063 soums each.
