Uzbek-Korean Development Bank’s (UzKDB) net profits for the first half of 2007 comprised 2.29 billion soums. To compare, the bank’s profits for the first half-year in 2006 made up 1 billion soums, according to the bank’s press service.
As of 1 July 2007, UzKDB’s assets totaled 82.716 billion soums, and credit portfolio reached 23.657 billion soums. At the end of the reporting period the bank’s equity capital made up 19.2 billion soums.
UzKDB is an international commercial bank rendering banking services up to the world standard. The bank places emphasis on satisfaction of client needs, and is aimed at earning its foreign clients’ trust the way it has earned the trust of its clients in Uzbekistan.
