The shareholders of the company adopted decision on issue of shares for 70.5 million soums. Within the emission, the company will issue 47,000 ordinary shares with par value of 1,500 soums each.

The shares of the emission will be placed on open subscription on market price, but not less than par value of shares.

Uzkabel open joint stock company in form of joint venture is the largest producer of cable and wire products in Central Asia.

Uzkabel’s capacity is 50,000 tonnes of copper rod wire, trolley wire - 9,800 tonnes, telephone cable - 15,000 km, and logging cable for oil industry - 8,300 km.
