Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (UZEX) launched the exdoc.uz electronic document management system. This is the third large project implemented by the exchange in 2020 - in the "Year of Development of Science, Education and the Digital Economy" (the first project is the updated VYT, the second is an electronic competition and tender).
Exdoc is a convenient exchange service on an electronic invoice, which can be freely used not only by exchange trading participants, but also by other enterprises and organizations.
In the system, in 5 minutes using an electronic digital signature, you can sign, send and receive documents that have legal force. The new electronic service of the exchange provides the ability to transfer documents via a specially encrypted channel and check their execution status.
The electronic document management system of the UZEX exchange saves time and money for users, reduces the likelihood of making mistakes in paperwork and increases the efficiency of business processes.
A user-friendly website interface and a smart search engine ensure a fast electronic transfer of documents. In the near future, the service is expected to be connected to 1C and the billing system.
This system was developed and implemented by Uzex innovation LLC at the Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange in accordance with the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 170 dated March 18, 2020 and No. 522 dated June 25, 2019.
