President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov adopted a corresponding decision. New company will coordinate production and marketing activities of the enterprises of electrotechnical industry directed at expanding production of quality competitive products.

Uzeltekhsanoat will also study demands for produced products in internal and external markets and assist based on them to enterprises on production of new competitive products.

The company will be also responsible for implementation of investment projects on modernization and expansion of capacities on production of electrotechnical products in the industry and attracting foreign investors to industry of production of electrotechnical goods.
