As reported earlier, net income of Uzdonmahsulot made up 4.202 millin soums in 2010 against 251.76 million soums in 2009.

In line with the shareholders decision, 5% of net income will be directed to reserve fund and 5% to development of enterprise. Other (90%) of net income will be directed to payment of dividends.

The company said that Uzdonmahsulot will pay 3.3 soums of dividends per ordinary share.

Uzdonmahsulot state joint stock corporation was reorganized in open joint stock company in line with the decision of the Uzbek President from 22 December 2003 and the resolution of the Government from 6 August 2004.

The company unites blank production, flour-and-cereals, provender milling and baking enterprises in Uzbekistan.
