Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- JSC “Unified All-Republican Processing Center” (trademark UZCARD) conducted an initial issue of shares on 23 May 2024. 

Previously, on 9 April 2024, UZCARD was transformed from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) into a Joint Stock Company (JSC) in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 

This transformation was carried out as part of a new requirement according to which, starting from 1 July 2024, payment system operators and payment institutions must operate exclusively as a joint stock company.

Thus, UZCARD has completed the transition to a new organizational and legal form, meeting established regulatory requirements and providing the opportunity for further development and operation as a joint stock company.
