According to the company, the commercial banks received right to set commission rate for withdrawing cash from banking cars between 0% and 5%. The commercial banks could not set higher rates.

At the same time, UzCard said that the banks could set their own limit for withdrawing cash through ATMs individually.

The banks can set option on unlimited volume of cash withdrawal. Currently, UzCard said it set no limits for cash withdrawing from banking cards.
