UzBuild to present the world trends of the construction industry

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The leading exhibition of the construction industry of Uzbekistan – UzBuild 2021 started on 22 September at a new site - in the Ankhor Lokomotiv Park in Tashkent and this time opened the autumn exhibition season. The exhibition will run for three days from 22 to 24 September in the format of live communication and again promises to become the best business platform for determining future cooperation.

UzBuild has changed the venue, which was caused by the conditions of the pandemic, but it retained the interest of industry specialists, who after a year and a half will be able to hold direct negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers of the most advanced construction technologies and finishing materials. Both the global and domestic construction industry continues its rapid development, adapting to new realities and conditions, changing accents, reflecting the latest trends and achievements, which will be clearly presented at the most significant industry event – the UzBuild 2021 exhibition.

The construction industry of Uzbekistan is one of the priority sectors of the economy, showing stable annual growth, even taking into account quarantine restrictions. Today, almost every major city of Uzbekistan is actively building new buildings, housing and municipal complexes, reconstruction of old buildings with the use of modern technologies and innovative materials.

Both the global and domestic construction industry continues its rapid development, adapting to new realities and conditions, changing accents, reflecting the latest trends and achievements, which will be clearly presented at the most significant industry event – the UzBuild 2021 exhibition.

Every year, UzBuild successfully performs its main function as the most effective tool for product promotion and development of the country's construction industry, attracting leading manufacturers and suppliers who present the latest technologies, innovative products in such segments as: equipment for the production of building materials, construction and finishing materials, windows, doors and facades, tools, lighting, housing construction, architectural and interior design to specialists.

In 2021, more than 150 companies from 16 countries will take part in the exhibition, including: Austria, Azerbaijan, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Kazakhstan, China, the Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, Latvia, Russia, the United States, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Finland. The international status of the Uzbekbuild exhibition is confirmed by the participation of over 128 foreign companies-this is 86% of the total number of exhibitors, the share of domestic exhibitors is 14%.

Uzbekistan is represented by the following companies: Imzo / Akfa, Dal Heavy Industries, Durable Beton, Sam-Ferre, JBI Binokor, Mekhmash, DSK Binokor, Yuqorichirchiq Energy System, Bektemir Metall Konstrsiyalari, Unimix / Stone Lider, Unichem and others.

The top three foreign countries include: Turkey (48 companies), Russia (43 companies) and Kazakhstan (14 companies). 

The Turkish National Exposition is again confidently leading in the number of participating companies – this year there are 48 leading manufacturers who will present world-class construction equipment, special equipment, a wide range of construction and finishing materials, metal structures, windows, doors and many more.

The Russian Federation is represented by 43 companies, as part of the collective stands of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tomsk Oblast and Export Support Centers of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chuvash Republic, the Lipetsk, Omsk and Penza Oblasts.

The debutants of this year's exhibition are Invesco Asia (Kazakhstan/Germany), Export Support Center of the Omsk Oblast, Agregator (Kazakhstan/Russia), Yuta (Russia/Latvia), the Export Support Center of the Penza Oblast, Led Illumination (Kazakhstan), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Tomsk Oblast, Aircrete (the Netherlands), U-Con Engineering, Siblesstroy-M, Megaflex, Promark (Russia) and others.

A particular growth is noticeable mainly in the construction equipment sector, where manufacturers and suppliers of concrete plants and concrete mixing equipment, stone and metalworking machines, crushers, belt conveyors, welding installations, formwork systems and many more will present their most up-to-date technologies. Among the participants of this sector: Imer Group, Breton, Nordim Pianti (Italy), GurSan Ins. Mac., General Tas Kirma Mac., Mercan Metal, Ermak Betopan ve Ins. Makineleri, Izomak Otomasyon Elektrik ve Makina, Promaxstar Beton Santralleri – GMM, Saglamlar Punta Kaynak Otomasyon Makina (Turkey), Prensoland, Verdes (Spain), Spancrete Global Services (USA), Pedershaab Concrete Technologies (Denmark), Weckenmann Anlagentechnik (Germany) and others. 

The sector of construction and finishing materials is steadily showing growth, presenting the participation of new companies. Professionals will be presented with the latest innovations in metal, wood, aluminium, composite structures, roofing, construction chemicals, as well as exterior and interior finishing materials, such as floor coverings, ceramics, stone, paints, wallpapers, doors, suspended ceilings, window systems, facades and many more. In particular, among the exhibitors of the interior and design sector: Akcali Boya ve Kimya, Ar-El Kimya Yapi (Turkey), Alina (Kazakhstan), Efbrash, Sloplast, Yung, TM Diora, Absolyut Dek (Russia), Teknos (Finland) and others. 

It is also worth noting the housing and urban planning sector, among the exhibitors of this section: AVK GmbH (Austria), DSK Binokor (Uzbekistan), VSO Profil, KSK Civil, Rapid Building (Russia), Tekin Lunapark Makina, Ideal Kabin / Vega Yapisal Urunler (Turkey) and many others.

The specialised section "Construction equipment and technologies - BuildTech 2021" will be located on an outdoor site this year. This is a special exposition of the exhibition, which traditionally enjoys increased attention of experts. The participants of the exhibition will demonstrate the latest developments and models of special equipment, components, equipment for road construction, equipment for the production of building materials and many more. Among the participants, such flagships as: Omag (Germany), Vimpo Viskoz Mayi Pompalari, Kren Vinc Makina, Gur-San Ins., Sekizli Makina, Marini Makina, TTC Muhendislik (Turkey), De Zhou Ncm Machinery (China), KCP Heavy Machinery (Republic of Korea) and others.

In preparation for the exhibition, the organisers with special care approached the issues of providing a favourable business environment for productive communication between exhibitors and visitors, which provide for compliance with all standards and safety measures established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as standards developed by the World Association of the Exhibition Industry ( UFI).
