Uzbektourism chief holds talks with Fiji envoy

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairperson of Uzbektourism Farrukh Rizaev held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Fiji to Uzbekistan with residence in Soule (South Korea) Filimoni Kau, the press service of the Uzbektourism said.

At the meeting, the Fiji envoy was information about rich tourism potential of Uzbekistan and measures adopted to develop tourism industry in the country.

In his turn, the Ambassador informed the Uzbek side on development of tourism in Fiji. He noted that about 1 million tourists visit Fiji.

The envoy informed the Uzbek side that representatives of tour industry of Fiji can participate in Tashkent International Tourism Fair in 2015.
