The assets of the company rose from 812.921 billion soums in 2013 to 1.08 trillion soums in 2014. The long-term assets made up 823.368 billion soums in 2014 against 629.48 billion soums in 2013. Current assets increased from 183.44 billon soums to 256.985 billion soums in the reporting period.

According to the company, own capital grew from 474.179 billion soums in 2014 to 335.978 billion soums in 2013. The charter capital rose from 31.129 billion soums to 37.729 billion soums in the reporting period.

Uzbektelecom’s liabilities exceeded 606.173 billion soums in 2014 against 476.942 billion soums in 2013.

The shareholders distributed net income for 2014. They directed 1.984 billion soums to the reserve fund and the same sum to investment fund.

About 321.673 million soums were issued to payment of dividends on preferential shares and 7.294 billion soums – ordinary shares. The size of the dividend per ordinary share is 230.97 soums and preferential stock- 288.5 soums.

Another 130.807 million soums were issued to remuneration of the members of the Supervistory Council, Executive body and office of the Executive body.

Other part of net income for 27.976 billion soums was directed to finance large investment ptojects.
