The topic of the contests are “Realizing and supporting projects, helping to develop national internet segment in culture and entertainment, which allows to bring up youth generation in spirit of high morals and assist to organize national social network, game portals and other types of content resources”.

According to terms of the contests, existing internet projects of the legal entities of Uzbekistan can participate in contests in two directions.

In particular, internet projects in sphere of culture, which help to spread national peculiarities, tradition and customs of the Uzbek people, as well as programmes on educational programmes for youth, can participate in the contest.

The competition is also open for internet projects, which are directed at developing science and education, interactive educational programmes, as well as increase interest of youth to education.

The sum of the grant on one project is up to 20 million soums, the Uzbektelecom said. The applications can be submitted till 21 August 2012.
