Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- National operator Uzbektelecom plans to place common shares on the stock exchange. This follows from the data of the Unified Portal of Corporate Information.

The company plans to issue 5.54 million common shares in accordance with the shareholder decision. The nominal price of one share will be 1,154 soums. The volume of the issue will be at least 6.39 billion soums.

The underwriter for the placement will be Portfolio Investments. The issue must be approved by the National Agency for Advanced Projects.
