According to the decision of shareholders, the company will direct part of its net income for 2009-2010 at the size of 5.035 billion soums to increasing charter capital.

In particular, the company will allocate 1.569 billion soums of net income for 2008, 1.929 billion soums for 2009 and 1.536 billion soums for 2010.

In the result, the charter capital of the national telecommunication operator of Uzbekistan will reach 37.729 billion soums. The par value of shares will make up 1,154 soums.
