Uzbektelecom says technical works to impact UZONLINE subscribers only
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbektelecom joint stock company, a national telecommunication operator of Uzbekistan, said scheduled technical works on 13 January will worsen quality of Internet services.
The company said that some media outlets misinterpreted its previous announcement about maintenance works, scheduled for 13 January. The company clarified that it will carry out works on optimization of databases from 01:00 to 07:00 on 13 January and it will impact to Internet quality.
At the same time, the company said that these works will only impact subscribers of UZONLINE of Uzbektelecom (individuals).
All operators and providers of Uzbekistan, legal entities, which subscribed to Uzbektelecom’s Internet services, state bodies and UZMOBILE will have access to internet as usual.
