Uzbektelecom registers shares for 16.234bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbektelecom registered an emission of shares for total sum of over 16.243 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, national telecom operator of Uzbekistan will issue 14,057,99 ordinary shares with par value of 1,154 soums each.

Total sum of the emission makes up 16,243,702,846 soums. The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription.
