The quality management system (QMS) in line with the international standards ISO 9001:2008 was developed, drawn up and introduced to ensure Uzbektelecom JSC successful work. Developed quality management system is oriented on meeting and anticipating requirements of the telecommunication service consumers.
QMS is applied widely in the field of management of engineering, building, exploiting and providing telecommunication services by Uzbektelecom.
As a result of QMS creation, the separate manufacturing and supporting departments received target orientation on quality in line with accepted methods of management, on results of strategic programming independent of its internal and external destabilizing factors.
