The project is implemented in line with the resolutions of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures on further introduction and development of modern information-communication technologies” from 21 March 2012 and “On measures on further developing National information-communication systems of Uzbekistan” on 27 June 2013.

The company noted that the first information service “09” was opened in Tashkent in 1936 and reference-information service was launched in 2009. Based on the system, modern Call-Center was created. In 2014, the company completed work on creation of the single center for serving calls.

On 24 April 2014, Uzbektelecom launched 13 territorial centers of the single center for services calls were launched.

Launch of the centers will allow the company to provide all services to consumers, including small and private businesses, and Uzbektelecom independently from territorial location.

The company said that launch of new centers allowed to create 220 new jobs, including 170 graduates of higher and special educational establishments and 50 from other educational establishments.
