Uzbektelecom head joins State Communication Committee

Director-general of Uzbektelecom joint stock company Mahsum Mahmudov (on photo) has been appointed to the post of the first deputy chairperson of the State Committee on Communication, Informatization and telecommunication technologies (SCCITT).
According to the website of SCCITT, Mahsum Mahmudov had worked as director-general of Uzbektelecom from 2010.
The State Committee on Communication, Informatization and telecommunication technologies of Uzbekistan was founded on the bases of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Informatization (UzACI).
Hurshi Mirzahidov, which worked as director-general of UzACI, has been appointed as the head of new state committee.
Miradil Sangilov has been also appointed as deputy chairperson of the State Committee on Communication, Informatization and telecommunication technologies of Uzbekistan.
Miradil Sangilov had worked as deputy director-general of UzACI from 2005.
