The capacity of the booster station is 3 billion cubic meters a year, which will increase production of natural gas and gas condensate at Dengizkul field.

The object has been launched within the project “Reconstruction of facility on preliminary gas preparation Dengizkul with the construction of booster station” with the cost of US$77 million.

According to the feasibility study, the project will allow to use field till 2025 and increase gas production by over 20 billion cubic meters and gas condensate by 67,000 tonnes.

The project is financed due to own resources of Uzbekneftegaz for about US$23 million, loan of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan – US$22.8 million and Korean Development Bank – US$17.1 million.
