Gyun said that the visits of two presidents gave impulse to strengthen strategic relations between the states and the Government of Korea highly rates cooperation with Uzbekistan, which is the largest partner of Korea in the region. He noted role of oil and gas companies in development of relations between Uzbekistan and South Korea.

In particular, the sides noted successes of KNOC on Aral Sea projects, efforts of KOGAS on construction of Ustyurt gas-chemical complex, KOICA education programmes.
