Energonews reported that Uzbekneftegaz will use resources to construction of infrastructure at the gas condensate fields.
The project envisages acceleration of development of seven fields, of which Samantepa, Girsan and Taylyak are largest of them. The fields were opened in early 1990s, but they were not developed so far.
The project will help to produce 6.8 billion cubic meters of gas and 160,000 tonnes of gas condensate a year starting from 2020. The project cost is US$233 million and it will be financed due to loans of FRDU, commercial banks and own resources of Uzbekneftegaz.
