The press service of Uzbekneftegaz said that the document was signed in the result of negotiations between management of the Uzbek company and delegation of Ariston, one of leading producers of home appliances and equipment.

The sides discussed perspective directions of cooperation within implementation of the programme on localization of production of ready goods, spare parts and materials.

The sides are considering to implement a joint project on launch of production of domestic boilers, consuming natural gas, in Uzbekistan.

After the talks, Uzbekneftegaz and Ariston inked agreement on creation of the joint venture. The enterprise will produce energy saving products both for internal and external markets.
