Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Baker Hughes from the USA entered into an agreement on the maintenance of compressor stations.

The document was signed during negotiations between the delegations of Uzbekneftegaz and Baker Hughes in Tashkent.

At the meeting, it was decided to hold a remote technical session on advanced technologies and methods of carbon dioxide utilization for specialists from UzLITIneftgaz JSC and Uzbekneftegaz.

The parties proposed creating a working group, which would include responsible technical specialists from Uzbekneftegaz, UzLITIneftgaz and Baker Hughes.

In addition, it was proposed to organize a joint study of the possibilities of replacing gas turbine engines with electric motors.
