Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The volume of Uzbekistan’s official reserves as of 1 December 2021 exceeded US$ 34.75 billion, according to data from the Central Bank.
According to the regulator, this indicator decreased by US$ 472 million compared to the previous month.
The regulator notes that reserves in foreign currency as of 1 December amounted to US$ 13.19 billion against US$ 12.42 billion a month earlier. Foreign currency reserves increased by US$ 778.4 million.
The volume of gold fell from US$ 21.67 billion to US$ 20.44 billion in the reporting period. The volume of gold in net troy ounces decreased from 12.1 million to 11.4 million troy ounces.
