Uzbekistan’s motorization rate reaches 58 cars per 100 households
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — In 2024, Uzbekistan recorded an average of 58 passenger cars per 100 households, according to household surveys conducted by the National Statistics Agency.
This figure reflects a steady upward trend in motorization across the country.
For comparison, the motorization rate stood at 49 cars per 100 households in 2020, 42 in 2015, and significantly lower at just 21 cars per 100 households in 2010.
