Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 9 December 2024, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, received the credentials of Mark Julian Trainor, the newly appointed Ambassador of New Zealand.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for enhancing cooperation between Uzbekistan and New Zealand in areas such as sustainable agriculture, industrial development, the green economy, and business partnerships.

The foreign ministers of both countries emphasized the importance of close collaboration in developing and implementing a comprehensive program of mutually beneficial cooperation.
